Televising of games
Is it just my area, or is everyone else's local stations not playing 4:15 games?
This season I get two ****** 1:00 games and then one of the networks will carry a 4:15 game and the other one shows weather or the like.
Also, as soon as the first game is over they go directly into the next ****** program. Am I wrong or in previous years would they go to the coverage of the last minutes or so of another game?
I mention this because I didn't get the OT in Denver which I thought would be covered by at least one of CBS or FOX. It wasn't so I checked NBC figuring they have to be showing it at least until the beginning of the sunday night game, still no. Pissed.

Not sure how exactly the rules are, but apparently only one network can have a double-header, but i think that's only regional. I'm in south texas and i got the Texans/Jags game at noon, and then the Denver/SD game on CBS and the Oak/Wash game on Fox.
I think it just depends where your coverage is at, but it's pretty apparent that you will only have one double header.
NBC only shows coverage of their own game.
Someone that has more knowledge of the situation can probably help a little more than i can.

Yea I mean I just moved across town and changed providers but when I was on the other side of town I was almost certain I got two double headers... Maybe I should stop drinking on sundays but... I'm almost positive... maybe?

I doubt you got two double headers.
Doubleheaders on both CBS and FOX happens only on Week 17.

It's possible. Sometimes if you are right on the border of two markets you get both networks. I used to go to my ex gfs house sometimes on Sunday because she would get both NY and Philly Fox. And it was often different games so I could flip. Yet she only lived about 10-12 miles from me.

this, 5 miles away from me in a separate county they get 2 cbs channels 2 foxs AND 2 abc stations because they are at a border position it really pisses me off, i only get redskins games and they get redskins and panthers games every week plus the other matchups/different every week

It is the same here as well. CBS turns to rodeo or something like that after the first game is over. Then Fox will have the only later game on. I might get NFL Sunday Ticket for next season if I decide to get a PS3.

You should get NFL Redzone. It is cheap, I think around $50 per season with verizon fios, and it is awesome.

Gamepass for the win.
Sure all the games are on at like 4am on a Monday morning... but I can watch whatever I want whenever I want after that!

That's not really the same as getting two double headers though, you just happen to get 2 different channels luckily.
