SATs

Considering most of you guys are out of high school, what did you get on everybodies favorite standardized test?

Ha, well. I am wondering what the likelihood of people answering this is.... Not so sure I want to give up that info.

why don't u do a poll with ranges, i think more people would be inclined to answer.

I still need to take mine, but I got a Commendation on the PSAT and 600's in each section of a practice test (including a 12/12 on the essay), so I'm not too worried about it.

When I took the SAT I laughed out loud because there was a question about something involving studying the skulls of cave men. Then it talked about someone walking around and taking random peoples skulls. Funny stuff.

In 8th grade I got 1350 on the SAT 1. I'm prayin I do that well when it really matters.

well, i guess it doesn't matter for me, as the SAT's are in my way past. 1460.

I got a 1300 in 8th grade, plus a 1100 in 6th.

I, too, took in in 6th or 7th grade. Got in the 98% or 99% percentile for the english on some standardized test. John Hopkins or whatever, right? Did that well in english, now I am an engineer.

Well, I don't remember what I got that young but I can assure you it was not that good, ha.

Lot of JHU kids here. Me too. My dad made me study for it because if I got a 700 on the math I would get some kind of scholarship or something. So, being the young little vulnerable kid I was, I studied. I got 690 math.

it was the cty thing. i got that scholarship. it sucked. spent a summer with pretentious children (sorry if anyone of you went there when I was there, it was maybe 11 years ago, the kid that was my roomy sucked ... )

1300 as a freshman with a near perfect in math, but its a low score because I am at a hard-core private school.

I just kinda went in and took it. I had no idea that I was taking it with HSers. I walked in and just thought "oh crap". A couple of my old babysitters were taking the test too, ha.

I went to that camp (CTY) also, and had almost the same experience, right down to the bad roommate. I now regret that I never went to any real camps in the summer.

why does everybody here go to private schools?

Well, i guess I'm glad I didn't get the scholarship.

I went to public school, rock on. 220 graduating class.

I was thinking the same. I actually used to go to a private school, but left after two years.

I dont know my parents enrolled me when i was in kindergarten and i have been at the same school for 11 years now.
