I'm watching ESPN, and they just did an interview with both Luck and RGIII. Something about Luck just doesn't sit right with me. RGIII is as articulate and gracious a human being as you could ever find. Luck just seems...Lucky.

I can only dream Los Yets land Barron. How it happens don't really care so long as its not expensive.

Luck seems rather dopy. I've said this since day one. He just seems to act weird.
He's still going to be an absoulte stud, just saying he rubs me the wrong way too.

I like Luck...he just seems like an affable yet aloof type of guy. Not full of himself or smug at all. His personality seems to be alot like Eli's.

Okay, not coming right out and saying it...but what if Andrew Luck turns out to be a bust? He would be the most epic bust of all time. It'd be like Jesus hitting the crack pipe and slappin ho's. Fail.

He would be. But worse yet, what if RGIII busts? Then Washington just gave away picks. At least Indy didn't give up the farm for Luck.

I was just about to mention Griffin busting. In all honesty I cannot really recall anyone being down on Griffin at all. There have been criticisms of Luck but Griffin seems to be really untouchable and it's not like he is a perfect prospect.

what if every single player this year busts and we all just look like buffoons for spending so much time over a draft and everyone sucks and this becomes a black hole of a draft and everyone died

I'm...I'm starting to really like RGIII a lot better. I don't know why I'm being emotionally affected by the guys' demeanor, but I am. It seems like even if he did bust, he would still go on to great things elsewhere. Of course that's beside the point. But I see Griffin being a more studious prospect. Luck has no weak points in his game, no doubt. But I wonder about his ability to lead and garner respect. Anybody agree?

Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter
FavoritedFavorite · Close Open Details Mark this down, @MichaelDavSmith. Mark Barron will not make it to Dallas' pick at No. 14.

- 'Skins - RGIII
- Rams f/Vikings - Richardson
- Browns - Claiborne
- Bucs - Kalil
- Vikings - Floyd
- Jags - Blackmon
- Dolphins - Tannehill
- Panthers - Cox
- Bills - ?????????
How does that look? It's definitely different and with the reports that many teams view Blackmon and Floyd as near equal to each other, I can see the Vikings taking Floyd due to his Minnesota connection

Could happen easily. Richardson is a gem & several teams could be moving up to target him at #3.

Rams new GM alluded that if a player is available at #6 that people want, he will trade down. Rams need players, and a trade down makes sense. Tannehill, Kalil, Blackmon, one of the DT's ? Somebody will be calling imo. Gaining another 2nd would be huge for the Rams. Hell, if it's only a few spots, another 3rd sounds great. This is a very solid draft and there are impact players all throughout the first few rounds.

All you have to do is be old enough to remember Andre Ware and Akili Smith and you know anything is possible. Neither of these two (Luck and Griffin) look like they have bust potential although it's too early to fit them for HOF jackets.

Mike Lombardi also reported that there is a team "in love" with Bruce Irvin, and "they told him they're gonna take him in the 1st round."
NFL Net's Mike Lombardi on Chandler Jones: "I think Chandler Jones has a chance to be a top-10 pick. (#Patriots) are not gonna get (him)."
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, "some teams" view West Virginia OLB Bruce Irvin as "maybe" the top pass rusher in the draft.
Per Schefter, Irvin is "very desired around the league." Irvin has elite athleticism, but was already dealing with questions about his character before he was arrested for destruction of property the day after his March Pro Day. Despite his high-ceiling, he's not in the first-round mix.

I'm thinking Green Bay might be that team. Seems like an ideal fit as far as what they like in their OLB's.

I really hope so.

Love, love, love Irvin. Ill take him over Mercilus, Branch, Curry. He needs coaching, and Id love for Kevin Greene and Mike Trgovac to get that chance. Thought that he would solidify hmself as a top half first rounder in the preseason but obviously that wasnt the case. Still has a ton of potential, however.
