So then every other QB on the planet under 6' tall can't play?

It's great that Wilson can win the Seahawks starting QB job, but I don't believe he'll truely be viewed as successful until he shows the ability to consistently play well in the regular season.

Pfft. He's shown he can. The only real question is whether or not he can handle starting pass rushers. He has everything to gain and nothing to lose. A great pickup by the Seattle Whiners.

That is about the size of it, no pun intended.

Even Wilson is unable to do some aspects of the offense. Notice how many deep drops they are doing. The kind of quick hitting offense Cleveland wants to try is out of the question. This does not mean he cannot succeed in an offense tailored to his strengths.

Not every team has the prototypical QB, and every team plays to their team strengths and weaknesses. You won't see the Broncos going deep as much as their WRs are capable of because of Manning's arm strength. You don't see Stafford rolling out. Teams are limited in what they can do no matter who their QB is, it's all about who gives you the best shot to win each and every week. Wilson has shown he's that guy in Seattle if you've been watching. I think Carroll is smart enough to know what Wilson can do for that offense and believe it or not, he brings more than Flynn does despite his height.
