With so many games being created right now by so many people, something I thought might be helpful would be to add a "Moderating Tips List" to sticky in this forum. Yeah, there are a lot of tips out there already on the mafia related wikis and things, but I thought it might be extremely helpful for some of the new mods here to get first hand experience from those of us who've modded before.

Like, I really think if I had someone with more modding experience look at my Final Fantasy game before I started it up, they could have helped me avoid a lot of confusion and frustration due to inexperience.

Thoughts? I can think of a half dozen or so things right off the bat that I'd definitely advise new mods to do/not do.

I think I'd have fun modding a game (possibly an OC themed game). But I don't think I'd have the time or mafia knowledge to do it properly.

Not only that, but a brief "Hot To Play" guide would be a good idea. I think we have more guys on the forum who would want to play, but they may be intimidated to sign up because they don't know the rules and would be going up against mostly veteran players.

Nothing. His role makes it so he can't be the last to lynch and Grizz forgot. It wasn't a big deal because fenikz was sure to be killed, but.

He meant broth as the mod of the game.

No? What is the problem? I had a little difficulties with him but if you're at 50ish with everyone it shouldn't be an issue.

Cecil - attack

Kain - jump

Edge - dart every gd item you have

Rosa - keep the party healed.. I kept rolling cure 2s if everyone was full because big bang could hit at any moment. I did use White a lot (you get it at 48) at the start but I kept falling behind health wise so I said f it.

Rydia - Bahamut unless people are dangerously low, then I'd use Asura

I'd use Cecil for cure3s and elixirs if people need them since Kain did more damage with jump and Edge did more damage throwing stuff.

The only enjoyable bit was just saying random **** at the end trying to defend myself.

I didn't hate Broths game, but I died on the third night and I didn't get a single thing back that I asked for. I had a pseudo investigative power (I was Shawn Spencer lol) but I didn't get anything back from my night actions.
