The other day, when Ryan Clark was on First Take, Rob Parker legitimately said that it was more difficult to become an NFL journalist for a newspaper than it is to become an NFL Safety. His logic? That each NFL City newspaper has about 3 or 4 NFL writers while NFL Teams have that many or even more. I suppose he is forgetting that there are other cities (Los Angeles, Orlando, Hampton Roads area, San Antonio) that have news papers but don't have NFL teams or the many corporate websites (ESPN, CBS, Yahoo) that have NFL writers, or the thousands of websites like this one where people make a living writing about football. That statement there is dumber than anything Skip Bayless has ever said.
