Poe will NOT go to KC!!! He is not a Scott Pioli type prospect (doesn't value combine numbers over production). Poe was early flavor but it seems if KC stays at #11 it will be Luke Kuechly, David DeCastro, Michael Brockers or Mark Barron. Likely Luke Kuechly is the pick if they stay at #11. If Tannehill and Barron are still there at #11, all bets are they are locked to trade down. If they trade down it is likely Brockers, DeCastro and Donte Hightower comes into play.
