He is too small to play Z. Unless you have amazing speed, hands, and agility like Steve Smith, someone JJ's size won't do much outside at Z or even X.

First thing I noticed with the Chiefs OL is how much bigger Rodney Hudson is than Casey Wiegmann.

I always loved Wiegmann but he was really undersized.
