Bodes well for Jarrett Boykin. He had a better camp and preseason than either Borel/Gurley

I guess he's injured.
If Hoyer is available for the Cards spot in waivers, I think there is a good chance they claim him.

Skins are working on a trade with the Dolphins. Slaton for Armstrong.

Green Bay may be another landing spot for Hoyer - they can use an upgrade from Harrell and Hoyer is about on par with Flynn IMO.

No notable names but defensive linemen Jay Richardson, Damon Harrison, and Martin Tevaseu are all good enough to be on NFL rosters. All had nice camps and preseason games. Hope they stick somewhere.

I was so happy when the Jets signed him. He was my favorite UDFA signing but he has done nothing all summer.

Yeah, but they'd have a far, far, far lower waiver claim spot than a lot of other teams who will likely put in bids.

Koppen can't even play OC anymore. In all honesty he isn't a guy you want anymore. Skills have diminished quite drastically in the last 3 years

Lone really shocking Jets one was Jay Richardson and it probably was because we are so deep at DLine that he was the guy who had no spot on the team. MTV(Tovasu) was also a very nice NT and should find a spot somewhere but he too was a victim of the numbers game.
Someone will pick Jay Richardson up because he was great this preseason for us. Granted he feasted on 2nd/3rd stringers but between he, Coples, Ellis and Mo Wilk....all of them really shined on that D-Line. Very encouraging.

Hoyer gets the ax, eh? Color me sad, even though it means Mallett is looking improved.

I hope the Colts look at Jay Richardson and Martin Tovasu. Our run defense needs help.

Add Tori Gurley to the list of receivers that the Packers have cut.

Tori Gurley and Marvin McNutt immediately jump out to me as guys who were cut today that the Dolphins could look to claim.

Take a lesson from the Bears: No matter how many #3/#4 type of receivers you throw together, they never add up to a #1.

The Pats love these reclamation projects. Gholston is due to break out any day now. They also need a 3rd QB now that Hoyer is gone. I wonder if Jamarcus Russell is still looking work?

Philly has so much depth at WR. Anyone from that squad would probably improve Miami's WR core. I love Bess but not when he's the best option in the receiving core.
I really want to see Hoyer get a shot at starting. Arizona, Oakland, hell . . . I'm pretty sure he's better than Sanchez or Tebow so even NYJ, as much as I'd hate to see him on the Jets.

McNutt had one catch all preseason and was extremely disappointing.

Ken O'Keefe is our WRs coach and was his OC in college, hence why I think he could be an obvious option for us.

Ya, Philbin has the Iowa ties too, just saying I don't see him as more than a PS guy at this point.
