I don't agree with this whatsoever. Its stupid BB. The refs are ******* the dog and we can complain all we want about it. Will it change anything? No....but that doesn't mean we can't call them out for their absolute fuckery. If you wanna sit back and not say a gtdamn thing, knock yourself out but don't try to tell people to follow suit. I distinctly recall you talking about the poor officiating the last couple of weeks in the weekly discussion threads. And you certainly have bitched about it. If this were your bears team that just played through that **** you would be crying just like the Pats and Ravens fans were right to do. Think about it. The regular refs want many millions of dollars more for doing a part-time job where they are held virtually unaccountable during the season AND now reportedly want their back pay from the games they miss once the lockout ends.

The NFL is going to say "**** that." The only way anything changes is if people stop watching. Once money is being pulled out of the NFL's pockets, they'll do something.

Since I'm not going to stop watching regardless of who is doing the officiating, I'm just going to take it and hope it ends. If not...well, I'm still going to watch.

No we deserved to lose to the cardinals, we played like **** all game and got out played. We played well for the most part tonight and so did the Ravens. They get the win overall, they made the plays at the end to win it, and yes that PI call was legit on McCourty. However the officiating for both teams were horrendous, we just happened to be on the side that lost.

You don't think NBC would be upset if they didn't ask a question like that? Not that I disagree that it's classless as hell, I just think the blame is misdirected a little. The problem is that questions like this have become standard procedure and they're made all the time without people batting an eye. It's disgusting.

Turn on the news any given night and it's the same thing.

You would be wrong. Beyond a sarcastic comment here or there I've pretty much kept my mouth entirely shut about the officiating since the season began.

I'm just going to stop. My argument has already been turned into a straw man as if I'm defending the replacement officials. I'm just being a realist here. The NFL has no incentive to cave into the demands of the real refs as long as people are tuning in and handing over their money.
