Just got back from the game and have to say the whole second half sort of deteriorated into a bit of a joke.

I'm going to count it in the win column but what an embarassment for the league.

Officials still mess up, yeah, but not like this. I feel with regular refs sometimes the frustration is for good rulings on ****** rules. Biggest calls I remember recently are the Hochuli one with SD and the Calvin TD where he caught it, had possession during the catch, but left the ball on the ground after he fell.

Every game this week had absolutely dreadful calls.

Why would you? He's right. You can't review possesion. It was rule a simultaneous possession. It was a bad call but not one that could be review. So as much as you don't want to accept it, its right in that sense.

scotty i agree with you whole-heartedly. If you hire a person from mcdonald's and expect them to be able to cook at a 4 star restaurant you are at fault for false expectations. These referees are in over their heads, its tough and there are so many things going up against them while they are trying to improve at their jobs.

Pushing off isnt the issue so not sure why even ask the question. I'm a Seahawk supporter but it looked like the Green Bay defender had the ball. They'll probably lose one of those down the road so i'm not going to give it back.

Real refs didn't rule Luke Petigout being an eligible receiver in 2003 playoff game. Still bitter. When they cost you a playoff game, then you can be bitter. Use rationality and logic BUT THIS IS AMERICA AND ESPN AND **** YOUR RULES AND LOGIC LET'S RIP ON THESE GUYS WHO ARE IN OVER THEIR HEADS AND BLAME THEM FOR CANCER.

so they should get paid to keep ******* things up on account of the fact they have no idea what they are doing. or are they getting paid with peanuts or something? granted i won't be as pissed if the refs apologize for ******* **** up, but if they try to cover it up and say "we made the call on the field blah blah blah" and goodell defends their calls then why the **** should anyone show them remorse?

This actually is real life. At the end of the day it's all a joke too.

I blame Robert Kraft, Jerry Jones and Jerry Reese. Along with every other owner. They could have made sure this never happened and instead they are allowing it to continue. Why? Because they could and can. The demand is so great that it doesn't matter.

What a joke. I have always have been a football fan and loved the NFL since 97. Or at least I was until last night, this night and every night from here on. I know that's a bold claim but I refuse to give any of my time or money to a NFL owner ever again.

One other thing. Roger Goodell didn't just steal the job or anything. He was hired. Hired by these owners. That's all that really needs to be said.

No, we should get the real refs back. The hate (maybe not here but the real world) towards the replacement refs is ******* stupid. Get the real refs back. Goodell's being such a ****
