Everyone should pick up Tynes.. Perfect team who kicks FGs and he is a good kicker. He'd be an asset for every team!

And I was told that DE is the most important defensive position in the build a d thread.
This game is fake, clearly.

I remember Giants fans bitching when they signed this 75% kicker the Chiefs didn't want...

I meant that draft apart from Cam. Injuries have been bad I agree. But the 2009 draft was a complete Washout, 2010 draft's best pick is Brandon Lafell. If you could develop your second, third round pick more consistently this would be a much better team. Just frustrated as a someone who likes that team a lot.

His first few years he was marginal... at best....
However, the last few years he really has come into his own and has earned my trust at least. I used to hold my breath every field goal.

I remember the debate right after Carolina gave him that mega-bucks extension. I was making fun of them for signing this guy who had one moderately good season in the NFL for so much...
He was like "blah blah, he's a top 5 player in the NFL."
I read it quickly and assumed he meant "top 5 DE" or something, and countered accordingly.
He did not mean top 5 DE. He meant top 5 ************* overall player in the ************* NFL. Out of everybody. Every position.
That is when I realized BlindSite wasn't just an ordinary homer. He was a batshit crazy, out of his god damned mind homer.

Really? The other guy was Feely. So I can't imagine too many people wanting Feely to stay.

2009/2010 were indeed quite bad, and yeah, we need to develop talent beyond the first round. This draft looks decently promising for that however. Silatolu has had some rookie pains but has the potential. Frank Alexander looks like he may develop into a decent situational guy. Joe Adams if he can hold onto the ball will probably be a reliable returner. Josh Norman has been abused this game, but he also has the potential. But at the same time, it is quite possible those guys fizzle out and amount to nothing.
As for Charles Johnson, he is pretty good, probably the one starter on that line I don't think needs upgrading. That being said, any claims at top five in the NFL, or even his position are laughable.

Hmmm, maybe if we can score here and keep holding the Giants to field goals, we can manage a comeback by attrition.
