I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore-cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion

Im a military guy, alternating calisthenics/cardio everyday: Calisthenics, distance run, calisthenics, 2-4 miles at hard pace, calisthenics, 1 mile sprint then hill sprints and an agility drill or two, day off for my bod to recover/have sex with all the babes it draws.

2. Harbaugh bros - yep collectively share the 2 spot. crazy stat, they have both taken their team to at least the 2nd round of the playoffs in every year of their collective playoff careers. lets see if they can keep it going.

4. Coughlin - 2 amazing SB runs, needs to get his team to play with more consistency

smooth banana is ridiculous. as far as protein is concerned, stick to premium brands such as dymatize and ON as you'll be with it for over a month. delicious strawberry rounds out my top 5

Actually I have a PhD in microbiology and do research at a top 10 hospital in the US, so feel free to shoot me your resume and maybe you can tech for me. And the question was rhetorical, an undergrad degree in the biological sciences isn't very useful and I could care less where you got it. Finally, if you read my first post you would know you don't irk or annoy me...you amuse me. Thanks.
