Not a Fan of Brown. I just don't think he is worth a 1st round pick.
Elam and Bernard are ok in the 2nd.
Alonso and Goodman are ok in the 3rd and 4th.

3. Oakland Raiders: QB Geno Smith (West Virginia) SR, 6'3", 214 pounds

You've always hated the Raiders. What did we ever do to you?

4 . Oakland Raiders : S Phillip Thomas ( Fresno State ) SR , 6'1" , 215 pounds

I like the player, but...two players drafted and neither is 300+ pounds? This is no bueno.

3 . Oakland Raiders : LB Jelani Jenkins ( Florida ) JR , 6'0" , 237 pounds

Three picks, none of the 300 pound variety. Can't happen. Unpossible.

No offense, but your Raiders draft sucks.

We have far greater holes than QB right now and addressing the dline is what we should do with Seymour, Kelly and possibly Bryant gone at DT. Plus our OC has stated he sees potential with Pryor and Palmer is unlikely to be released.

I like the draft, but round two is meh to me. I'd rather go Cyprien, Hunter, or Bernard over Jenkins.

You continue to give us bad QBs. There's no other explanation.

bad QB's? I think Geno is the 2nd best QB in the draft and worthy of a top 5 pick. I don't see how that's giving you a bad QB. I give you a guy who I think is a franchise QB and will help your franchise.

If the Raiders don't address their front 7 or offensive line until the 4th round, I would be incredibly disappointed. And absolutely no picks in the lines. It's not that I don't think Thomas is a good value--I think it's great value for what he brigs to the table. However, unless the Raiders cut Michael Huff as a cap casualty, safety is about 14th on the Raiders' list of needs.
The only thing I can say about this draft is if it goes down this way, you might as well pencil the Raiders in for Jadaveon Clowney at #1 overall in 2014.
