Getting fired for being terrible at your job doesn't mean you're better-equipped than anyone else.
I do believe that people like Kiper, Jerimiah and Gil Brandt have connections to the scouting so it's probably not all BS that's being slung over the internet. But as someone said don't believe much of anything at this point.

Ooof, you must not have seen much of Ol'Teddy

Heck he reminds me of a more pocket mobile Tom Brady

I don't think he implies that Bridgewater is a dual-threat runner type. Just that Bridgewater did a lot of and is very good at throwing on the run in the Louisville offense.

He actually would have been a great fit in Kubiak's offense.

So you're saying Parker is closer to 6'1" and Pryor is closer to 6'? I buy it.

I'm not sure if you're trying to imply that college schools are careful to put players at their correct height because what they list is about as accurate as the height on any womans driver's license.

Look at the dude to their right. You're telling me Bridewater is 6'3"? Louisville had a player that was at least 6'8 and change? 'cuz that dude has to have 6 inches on them.

So you're seriously going to use that photo to tell how tall Teddy is when one you really don't know how tall the others are, what they're standing on and how far away from each other they are. Even a lousy lawyer would have a field day with that one.

Bridgewater is tall enough. In a draft where guy's like Manziel and Boyd are barely 6ft then Teddy will be fine.

Remember when people were hyping up Russell Wilson? What a joke. No way does a tiny QB like him succeed. How he got drafted is beyond me

Remember that time that guy hit the lottery? Proof that we'll all be rich if we play it.

Bridgewater will measure 6'2 210 at the combine and all the size questions will go *poof*.

You mean Russell Wilson who has been struggling mightily the last 5 weeks with teams keeping him in the pocket? The Russell Wilson who is only able to make plays because of his amazing escapability/great athleticism? That one?

Have you actually watched him play or just read the hype? When teams keep him in the pocket, he's been absolutely dreadful and routinely misses throws badly. Considering he is very accurate and has one of the better NFL arm, I would certainly attribute it to his size. Thankfully for him, he is Houdini-esque in breaking contain.

Brees is a pocket passing short QB. Russell Wilson is a play extending but pass-first short QB. He struggles from the pocket.

But really, Bridgewater is closer to Rodgers height and Rodgers has no difficulty throwing from the pocket.

Not even close to an accurate comparison. The lottery is all about luck. Playing QB is skill. Bridgewater has shown that he can stand in the pocket, no matter what his size is, and win games

And let me add, I'm not exactly comparing the 2 as players. But everyone criticized Wilson for his height, but I'm not sure there's a QB needy team that wouldn't use a 1st rounder on him now

Pfft, next you'll be telling me that every short slow running back in the draft won't be an all time great and hall of fame running back through the commutative property of Emmitt Smith.

I'd bet any amount Parker is a legit 6'3" because if anyone actually watches Louisville, he routinely towers over DBs. 6'1" WRs don't tower over DBs.

You guys are probably the same ones who trust stopwatch times right?

This isn't rocket science. Why would the be standing on uneven flooring? Do they really look like they're standing far apart?

Just because some players are listed taller than their actual height doesn't mean ALL of them are.

Go check out the Senior Bowl measurements. Many of them actually match up with what they were listed at all season.

Bridgewater measured 6 feet, 2 inches and 7/8ths at the Elite 11 camp in HS.
I assume he didn't shrink any since then.

There will never be another Peyton Manning. Or Tom Brady. Or Joe Montana. Or Dan Marino. Or Brett Favre. There isn't a second coming of any great player ever. There's only the first coming of the next great player.

Matt Ryan was more pro ready than Bridgewater, but that doesn't change the fact that Bridgewater is a fantastic QB prospect.

Go ahead. I'm glad for all the scouts ripping on Teddy Bridgewater. Because every scout that does that means it's more likely that the best player in this draft will fall to the Raiders at #5. And I'm not talking about Jadeveon Clowney.
