Why are there two lists? Is there a 10% chance Braxton Miller leaves school to be an accountant or something?

Right. So having both a list for percentages of declaring for the draft and returning to school is redundant.

Jarvis Landry WR LSU - 100% (rumors both LSU WRs are gone)
Louis Nix III DT Notre Dame - 99%

% Declares for the Draft:

Marcus Mariota QB Oregon - 65% hear he loves college and is very young only 19 till december but top 10 too hard to pass up

Brett Hundley QB UCLA - 40% top 3 rounder now but has alot of flaws and with a young UCLA team could see him returning and boosting his stock to develop some more. Big things expected from him next year with that program

Braxton Miller QB Ohio State - 20% only this high because could get ego boost from national championship if tOSU wins but as raw as they come as a passer and definitely a running back in the NFL at this point like Michael Bush
James Wilder Jr. RB Florida State - 70% could see him returning if freeman bolts to be the man. Hedidnt get a lot of carries this year but most likely gone especially after a national championship and being a RB

Marqise Lee WR USC - 70% from very poor childhood and guaranteed top 100 selection but is very humble and pressured to please his teamates and could also see him returning to make those around him happy and get his degree but most likely gone to live his dream

Kelvin Benjamin WR Florida State - 80% good as gone 23 years old next august and has been physically read for the NFL since high school nothing much more to prove as all his skills translate to the NFL

Brandon Coleman WR Rutgers 40% not a complete player but has NFL size and Rutgers doesn't offer much for him to return too.

Donte Moncrief WR Ole Miss - 50% lots of talent that flashed and probably doesnt want to play in Treadwell shadow next year but Ole Miss will be strong next year and he didn't have a top notch year could return for a fun senior year and strong team IMO

Jarvis Landry WR LSU - 50% best friends with Odell Beckham Jr which will be interesting. probably will both either go or both stay will be a big decision. Gut feeling that he goes to the NFL he is a hard worker and will be a reliable Jerrico Cotchery type WR in the NFL IMO

Louis Nix III DT Notre Dame - 75% seems as good as gone probably wishes he left after last season.

Loucheiz Purifoy CB Florida - already gone today from what i read 95%

Vinnie Sunseri S Alabama - 15% Seems like a big college guy and coming off knee injury stock would be very low probably would like to return for a big senior year as the leader of that Tide defensive back core
updated with my guesses
