I like this re-signing. He showed a lot of grit on special teams and plays well on defense. My prediction: The next Bart Scott.

Love this resigning...I think he is going to be a HUGE asset to us he really played well in his limited time playing... the only downside is I think he is a career backup not a potential Bart Scott...

That all depends on him, if he is willing to put in the work and study the film and take criticism and turn that into motivation like Bart did, then he could very easily be another Bart Scott.

Yeah, he could become the next Bart Scott because just like Bart he was a main special team player. He just needs to put in all the work and get the chance

Haley is a special teamer and thats it at this point in his career. Besides Mike Smith is the backup ILB everyone should be watching, if he didn't get hurt in the Titans game Haley wouldn't have been on the field. Hopefully Mike can stay healthy this year and get some playing time and Haley keeps it up on the special teams.
