I think it's pretty impressive for a general manager just to keep his job long enough to span two different decades but I'd probably have to go with creating a dynasty. At least if we're talking about this era of football.

While this is true, nowadays all the stacked teams that lose their talent are replaced by other stacked teams that steal all that talent. So you have to go up against different stacked teams every year, while also finding a way to keep your team stacked.

what's the average run for a GM these days?
i'm guessing about the same length as a player... a GM even keeping his job w/ the same team for a decade is impressive.
