my bad, im tired. We had a little combine type thing out our school. I only did 225 19 times and squated 315 23 times. I messed up bad on the 40, i hurt my hammy a bit and only ran a 5.59. One of our other O-lineman probably tore his hammy runnin it. I hate the 40. oh and i have a 20 inch verticle 8) one of our guys benched 225 44 times.
