Mock Draft 3 rounds
1. Oakland - Brady Quinn - QB
No, Andrew Walter will not prevent this pick from happening
2. Tenessee - Calvin Johnson - WR
Top talent in the draft if he leaves early. Would be drafted #1 if not for Randy Moss in Oakland
3. Houston - Adrian Peterson - RB
They passed on bush last year, and should be kicking themselves for it.
4. Detroit - Antoine Cason - CB
Best corner in the draft. draws comparisons to champ bailey.
5. Cleveland - Sam Baker - LT
Great pass procector vs. the small, quicker type of ends, such as freeney
6. Tampa Bay - Quentin Moses - DE
Simeon Rice is getting old. D-line needs help
7. Green Bay - Marshawn Lynch - RB
Ahman Green's career is coming to an end quickly
8. San Fransico - Dwayne Jarrett - WR
Huge target for Alex Smith, 40-time is the key
9. Miami - Joe Thomas - LT
Maybe the pressure is why culpepper is playing so poorly?
10. Buffalo - Levi Brown - LT
Willis McGahee is a stud at rb. and Losman is starting to look like an nfl qb. Brown would benefit both players.
11. Arizona - Paul Posluzny - LB
Great addition to play along side of Carlos Dansby. Posluszny is instinctive player and should thrive in a 4-3
12. New York (Jets) - Gaines Adams - DE
Loss of John Abraham will make this pick happen. Gaines is a terror and can play OLB in the 3-4 defense.
13. Washington - Darrel Revas - CB
Will start opposite of Carlos Rogers
14. St. Louis - Laron Landry - S
Best safety in the draft. Tye Hill and Laron Landry will give the rams two studs in the secondary.
15. Kansas City - Brian Brohm - QB
Trent Green's injury looked nasty. It made my head hurt. The cheifs would have taken a QB anyway, Green is old.
16. New Orleans - Rufus Alexander - LB
The Saint's LB's never seem to develope, this one will due to his great speed.
17. Pittsburgh - HB Blades - LB
The steeler LB's are aging and linebackers are the key to a 3-4 defense. Blades is small but intense.
18. Carolina - Michael Grifin - S
Nasty player who fills a void for the Panthers
19. Dallas - Justin Blalock - G
Replacement for Larry Allen?
20. Denver - Lawrence Jackson - DE
Great balance of speed and strength
21. Jacksonville - Michael Bush - RB
Maurice Jones-Drew and Bush would make a great 1-2 punch
22. Minnesota - Patrick Willis - LB
Greenway and Willis will give the Vikings a pair of studs at LB
23. Philadelphia - Buster Davis - LB
Shawn Barber, Trotter getting old. Davis is undersized but very instinctive
24. New England - Brandon merriweather - S
Eventual replacement for Harrison?
25. Baltimore - Drew Stanton - QB
McNair won't hang around for ever
26. New York (Giants) - Marcus MacCauley
The secondary looked awful the first 3 games
27. San Diego - Dan Bazuin - DE/OLB
Out of Central Michigan so is nationaly unkown. Puts up huge sack numbers. Has perfect 3-4 OLB size.
28. Atlanta - Frank Okam - DT
Tank of a player, will replace Grady Jackson
29. Chicago - Zach Miller - TE
Roster has no #1 TE
30. Cincinatti - Greg Olsen - TE
Last piece for a suberb Offense
31. New England - Doug Free - LT
Refered to by many as Doug FREAK due to his intense play.
32. Indianapolis - Quinn Pittcock - DT
Run-Stuffer who plays tough
ROUND 2
33. Oakland - Jake Long - T
34. Tenessee - Tim Crowder - DE
35. Houston - Jason Hill - WR
36. Detroit - Troy Smith - QB
37. Cleveland - Baraka Atkins - DE
38. Tampa Bay - Jamarcus Russell - QB
39. Green Bay - Alan Branch - DT
40. San Fransico - DeMario Pressley - DE/DT
41. Miami - LaMarr Woodley - LB
42. Buffalo - Vince Hall - LB
43. Arizona - Eric Weddle - CB/S
44. New York (Jets) - Brandon Mebane - DE/DT
45. New York (Jets) - Amobi Okoye - NT
46. St. Louis - Sidney Rice - WR
47. Kansas City - Steve Smith - WR
48. New Orleans - Dan Mozes - C
49. Pittsburgh - Adam Carriker - DE
50. Carolina - Clark Harris - TE
51. Dallas - Mason Crosby - K (Parcells has a dream, that one day his kicker will be reliable)
52. Denver - Xavier Adibi - LB
53. Jacksonville - VIctor Abiamiri - DE
54. Minnesota - Dwayne Bowe - WR
55. Philadelphia - Dan Connor - LB (back to back LB's, i know)
56. New England - Brian Leonard - FB/RB
57. Baltimore - Kenny Irons - RB
58. New York (Giants) - Tom Zbikowski - S/OLB (Urlacher #2)
59. San Diego - Paul Williams - WR
60. Atlanta - Aaron Rouse - S
61. Chicago - Daymeion Hughes - CB
62. Cincinatti - Leon Hall - CB
63. Seattle - Josh Beekman - G
64. Indianapolis - Jeff Samardzija - WR
ROUND 3
65. Oakland - Andre Caldwell - WR
66. Tenessee - Ryan Harris - LT/G
67. Houston - Ryan Kalil - C
68. Detroit - Steve Breaston - WR
69. Cleveland - Fred Bennett - CB
70. Tampa Bay - Justin Harrell - DT
71. Green Bay - Tarrel Brown - CB
72. San Fransico - Wesley Smith - S
73. Miami - Prescott Burgess - LB

79. Kansas City - Samson Satele - G
80. New Orleans - Jay Alford - DT
81. Pittsburgh - Alley Brousard - RB
82. Carolina - Stephen Nicholas - LB
83. Dallas - Joe Staley - LT
84. Denver - Mike Jones - G
85. Jacksonville - Manuel Ramirez - OG
86. Minnesota - Kareem Brown - DT
87. Philadelphia - Tony Hunt - RB
88. New England - Mkristo Bruce - DE/LB
89. Baltimore - Dallas Baker - WR
90. New York (Giants) - Garrett Wolfe - RB
91. San Diego - Ryne Robinson - WR/KR
92. Atlanta - James Marten - T
93. Chicago - Aaron Sears - T/G
94. Cincinatti - Marcus Thomas - DT
96. Seattle - Chris Leak - QB
97. Indianapolis - Kieth Rivers - LB

Most teams in the NFL have a go to TE. I'm not familiar with arizona's

Leon Hall is a a first round prospect and considered by some to be the best CB in the draft. I'll take him over Weddle anyday.
We just drafted Leonard Pope last year.

OK with Levi in the 1st. Good position need (LT), not sold on him as a player.
Don't need a LB in the 2nd.
QB in the 3rd??? You yourself said that Losman looks like an NFL QB. Craig Nall got a pretty big contract. Holcomb is good as well. No need for a QB, good depth there.

Other than the position the Colts are drafting from, I don't like it much.

Bears:
1st Zach Miller- solid pick. We need someone behind Des Clark. Hes old and if he goes down, yikes.
2nd Daymeion Hughes- Would like Hall but since he wont be there, thats fine. We need someone to replace Tillman. Hes terrible
3rd. Aaron Sears- ok, i like that he can play guard or tackle but Mike Otto would be good here as well.
Overall- B+ couldnt do much better.

We won't just give up on Vandy after giving him that big contract. We'll go elsewhere, like Leon Hall or Jeff Samardzija.

Here is the Pats draft:
Meriweather: A. Solid pick.
Doug Free: D. We don't need OL especially OT. We have 3 very good starters.
Brian Leonard: D. I like Leonard a lot, but we just drafted a very similar player in Garrett Mills.
Mkristo Bruce: B+. Decent pick. I think ILB is a much bigger need but solid pick.
Overall I give it a C.

HORRIBLE PATRIOTS DRAFT
we need
LB(a 3-4 guy..in or out dont matter)
CB (Samuel = contract year..no depth at all..no true shutdown)
Safety(eventual replacement for Rodney
WR(We could use some solid depth..3rd or 4th rounder here)
only OL i see us getting is maybe a center..IF koppen doesnt resign
btw WHERE ON EARTH did u see a need for FB/RB? We have 3 great RBs..okay..and Leonard isnt a blocking FB..we got Garret Mills in draft last year..Pass is on PUP and Evans is playing pretty good

I love it for Miami. First two picks are fantastic, Burgess is an interesting pick in the third.

Similar size, similar speed. If abraham wasn't traded he'd be playing OLB for the Jets.

Okay CB is a great pick for the Lions in the first. I'm not sure if Cason is top 5 worthy though. The Lions need an O-line on day 1 preferably the second round.

horrible pick. OT is not a first day need (OG and C are though) and Marten doesn't fit Atlanta's scheme in ANY way. way too big (tall) and way too slow.

Good pick, though if OJ Atogwe continues to play as he has the first four games, safety may not be a huge need.

RB is not a need this early in the draft at this point. Interior offensive line would be a better area to address.

I would love this draft for the Steelers. I'm not to high on Blades mainly because I think he is too small. I have seen most Pitt games this year and I just don't think he will be a first round pick, esspecially at 17.
Getting Carriker in the 2nd and Brousard in the 3rd cimpletely makes up for it though.
