The JG play calling last two drives was horrid.

Only way it makes sense is if he believes his D will hold the GMen.

We all do it every week, because well...that's the story of our offense. This is nothing new. Dont take it personally...we bash Garrett damn near every week, because he's a **** playcaller. There is tons of evidence to support this. Tons.

And on the previous drives, his playcalling was a huge reason why our offense didnt do anything with the ball.

I know, it's just funny is all...I'm called a "Garrett Fanboy" for pointing out a TD, yet y'all can go on every week about the bad play calling.

Not a fanboy just because I think he'll end up being a good Headcoach, and I've explained why.

I said fan boy because you seem to defend him every chance you get. And the "Is that bad playcalling?" line.

Garrett calls about 20 screens a game....one finally worked. And it was a busted coverage. haha.

It's all good...but this Garrett band wagon is bound to get full quickly...and I think people should slow down just a bit. Should all be forgiven yet? Hell no.

Garrett is still one of the worst playcallers in the league...it will take more than one game to change that. And it's not like he's even called a good game...our offense hasnt done much on 3rd downs and the red zone/2 minute drill has been atrocious.

edit...I certainly give him credit for motivating our guys, but the play calling? Nothing special. And I've agreed with the fact that I think he'll make a better HC than a coordinatior...but that's only if he smartens up and relinquishes the playcalling duties.

I know Webster is a good CB but he gets toasted every time he plays us, everytime. People talk him up as to being so much better then he is whenever I watch him, he's solid nothing more.

You could tell right away this was a different team. But I still can't believe we're playing this well. At least the defensive scheme is an attempt to mask our weaknesses instead of exposing them. I think Garrett is calling a good game, and I am by no means a Garrett guy.

Kitna is taking chances down the field...this is what we have been missing all year....broken coverages are one thing...but we've taken a ton of chances today...and that is stretching the defense which has lead to a decent rushing game. We still lack the offensive rhythm that makes an offense elite....the Giants are showing us how it's done though.

How does Alan Ball still see the field as a safety...he hasn't made it on time on a deep ball all year....I'd love to see him cut or atleast demoted to 5th CB since we could use some depth with the injuries piling up there.
