What is the proposal of everyone else on this board? Because what I read is essentially about more mediocrity for another 3-4 years with the same core of Vets who can't get us over the hump. Because that is essentially what most fans here propose -- a tinker here and a tinker there.

Seriously, most posters have not a wit about them. All 20 something hysterical reactions about nothing of importance while banging away on the keyboard from their mommy's basement apartment or converted garage.

And again, it is disingenuous to misrepresent others thoughts to score dummy points. If you wish to attack the thought -- then start with the fundamental premise bolded above.

All of our "Stars" are either near 30 or over it. They have proven mentally weak. They had trouble getting above .500 with a very very very weak schedule. They have won nothing in the playoffs, never even coming close. Time to restructure the team.

So, homer glasses off please.

JG cleaned house with the offense this year. He cut Deon Anderson, Marion Barber, Tashard Choice, Roy Williams, Marc Colombo, Leonard Davis, Andre Gurode ALL worthy cuts. You do NOT cut Romo, Witten, Austin or Dez unless you get a ton in return which is HIGHLY UNLIKELY. Its not worth talking about because its NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. You add to those guys, not get rid of them. Thats why people are saying its stupid or Madden. You may not like it but either accept it or find another team! BTW I expect us to clean house on the D this next off sesson, Brooking, James, Ball, Newman, Spencer, Walker, and maybe Elam all gone, maybe even a few more. Please dont start with the "Trade" Ware, Carter, Jenkins, Lee, ect ect... Again, you add to your stars (even if YOU dont think they are stars) not trade them away.

I have been reading this nonsense since Roy Williams SS. We can't, we won't, impossible. Blah blah blah.

If your point is we don't have a Front Office with the capacity to make these changes -- sadly, I agree.

But what we should do, could do and will do are all different. I got a feel for the should and could.

Bottom line is some teams got it, we don't.

???: If we lose tonight we pick anywhere between 12-19. Any idea where we end up?

Philly, Chicago, Jets, Arizona go in back ... so #15 right??

Middle of the first and second likely get us 1 st, 2 nd or 3 rd BPA in all of our need spots. Guard, Center, ILB, CB.

OT: Falcons if we win.

If we do end up losing and we're picking around 15, DeCastro please and if he is off the board I take Dontari Poe and sleep well that night. Secondary galore on day 2!

Lots changes from now till draft day .... look at Clay Mathews. We talked about getting him the third/fourth. LOL!!

I am on board with DeCastro or moving down for Konz. Burfict might fall to early second due to personality issues. Might be a chance to move around and maybe get an early second to plug 3 holes day 1.

But three picks 25 to 50 really works for us. Always loved that area to get quality and volume.

On a rare occasion, we agree lol. Depending on what we do in free agency I would't mind this plan at all. I was the one who brought up burfict in the 2nd round if he falls, and if we are picking around 45-50 in the 2nd round it's a decent possibility.

15 is the perfect spot to grab the best interior OL in the draft (DeCastro) or trade down, pick up a 3rd or so, and take Konz. Either one is fine with me.

If I had my way, i'd take interior OL at the top of the draft and address the secondary in free agency. We need to land one of Griffin, Landry, Grimes, or Terrell Thomas. It is a must. None of them will cost us what Newman is costing us... so it should be a no brainer.

Jerry really hasn't done much in free agency since Leonard freakin' Davis, so it's about time we got a quality player.

Win or lose, one thing we desperately need are guys on D who aren't afraid to mix it up. I really don't want to get a flashy CB in Round 1 who has alot of athleticism but falls short in the intangibles area, I'd rather get a few hard nosed vets for the secondary (and someone who can catch the ball when its thrown right at them) in free agency and someone to rush the passer in the draft.

105 manning drop backs wo a sack. What an amazing stat. No wonder he kills us. Biggest need in the offseason is pash rush help.

The only starters that should come back on D next year are Ware, Lee, Hatcher, Jenkins, and Ratliff. Newman needs to be cut tomorrow, and Ball needs to die in a fire.

Sheeesh we are terrible. How in the world did we manage to win eight games and look promising? Looking forward to seeing a new interior line and cornerbacks next season. Kosier's o-le's whenever he is stunted against are embarrassing.

This franchise is so inept in big games. If this wasn't systemic from owner on down, I'd say fire Garrett, but I fear nothing will change this.

Is there a cure for the lack of caring / effort from certain members of our team? I mean Newman was jogging on half those coverages, Kosier looks apathetic in his blocking, and aside from Romo and Dez I haven't seen ANY life from our offense.

-_- I can't imagine how terrible our team would be without Romo's pocket presence and mobility. xD Our o-line capable of establishing David-Carr syndrome with their blocking. I sort of want to see someone like Bledsoe behind this line just for a clear benchmark.

Need a big play on offense. I don't like our chances against their DL if we have to try and drive the field again.

Ware and Spencer have to be the most penalized ends for offsides. Such a key play. And it happens all the time. Just so sick of the same crap over and over.
