Sean Morley (formerly known as Val Venis) is finished with TNA Wrestling. Morley wrote the following on his Facebook page:
Yes folks, I am now through for now with TNA as I want to wrestle in Mexico. I was going to perform in both TNA and CMLL but now with the switch to Mondays for TNA, and the fact that TNA had nothing solid yet, Mexico here I come!
I've been critical of TNA the last few weeks, but iMPACT tonight was damn good IMO. For the first time in a long time, they did something with the X-Division. The Hogan stuff wasn't bad and Abyss looked more like a pissed off monster than a *****. Heck, Sting was even booed for the first time in his time in TNA (Even during the initial MEM stuff and he was feuding with Joe it was split). D-X is shaping up quite nicely, even if it's very obvious AJ will beat Abyss at D-X.
It's a good thing Sting's heel runs always go well...
Last time he did it was the whole respect angle, this time he just seemed content on beating good guys with a bat and the crowd actually reacted to it. Not saying it'll work out, cuz it's very possible it won't, but it has much more initial momentum than it had the previous times they tried it.
