I really like it, there's some great moments of music on it. Better than their first album.

I'm going to respectfully disagree. I enjoyed their first album a lot, but from what I've heard of the new one it isn't bad. Just don't think they're on the same level.

I was thinking the same thing after the first couple of listens, but the album really grew on me as I listened more, and now I can say it is quite a lot better than Oracular Spectacular, which I still really liked. I don't know how much you've listened to it yet, but I suggest you give it another shot. Siberian Breaks and Lady Dada's Nightmare are some absolutely stellar peaces of music. Flash Delirium, It's Working and Song for Dan Treacy took me more of a while to really like, but are featuring some of the elements of what made them popular in the first place, a somewhat faster pace and techno/electro elements in the case of Flash Delirium. I Found a Whistle and Someone's Missing are two very strong, slower songs out of which I really love the lyrics. I hate Brian Eno though.

It sounds like an indie album from 2007. I like it well enough, but I've heard that sound done better.

Animal Collective - Strawberry Jam
This just leaked. Listening to it now, same level as sound of silver.
Arcade Fire - Neon Bible

It's no Strawberry Jam (Animal Collective's best imo) but I think it is fairly original and well done.

I like it, I just...don't think it's THAT original. I like the direction they took, they just need to refine it more.

Been listening to a ******** of The Cure lately. Really like the acoustic sets off this album.
