Hey, if you want to pretend Askia Booker is even remotely close to good, continue to delude yourself. I do like Roberson though, so I'll stop ignoring his talents.

We will find out on the 20th. I guess the world could end with him picking Duke and I'd be ok with that lol.

I don't see why he isn't going to choose BYU. They have some good pieces in place, and Parker could make them a really good team. Also, he would be the guy from the moment he steps onto campus.

Or he can go to MSU and Duke and be more likely to win a Championship in 1 year.

He's not going to BYU because it's in Utah and they kick you off the team for looking the wrong way at a cheerleader. I know he's mormon, but why would any big time prospect go to BYU?

He's Mormon. BYU just signed two top 100 players, and they'll sign another next year. You act like the school is a joke.

Cool. It's still Utah, and he can go to his choice of other schools with the same/better recruiting class coming in.

Comfort. Knowing the people around you share the same values as you.
If you have talent it doesn't matter what school you go to.
If your main thing is wanting to win a Championship in 1 year, heck... good luck figuring that out. You've got a gamblers chance at hitting that right.
That said, I think he ends up at Duke.

You act like there's more to do in North Carolina and Michigan than Utah. Give me a break.

You act like BYU is a comparable basketball school to MSU and Duke. Give me a break.

I guess I have no idea how important his religion is to him, but being that it's not in his top 2 I don't think that was going to decide it.

Well...yeah. Much better basketball culture can go a long way to keeping an elite athlete entertained.

Jabari is going to be the guy as soon as he steps foot on campus no matter where he goes. It's like that for every big time prospect unless they just flat out flop.

Salt Lake City is solid, Park City is okay, but Provo absolutely blows.

Does the Mormon Church have a very tattered and controversial history with African-Americans? Yes. That's not a matter of opinion. Does a black person stick out like a sore thumb in Provo, UT? Yes. That's not a matter of opinion.
