Kolb to me, will play much how Jeff Garcia played for us last season, not chucking it deep and praying for big stats like DMAC but checking down, using short, acurte, high percentege passes, and most importantly, moving the chains. He also has the ability to scramble for thoughs yards..

Considine isn't a great tackler I'll admit it, he is better suited for the FS role, why not Dawkins at SS and Considine at FS

You guys knotice how all of McNabbs back ups are all west coast only players except Holcomb

Gracia couldn't do much else other than westcoast, A.J. tried and realized his is only good for Westcoast as well.
Houston has played West all his life also

i don't know how basket is overrated, nobody is saying that he will have 60 cathches and 700 yards, do u mean people think that his ceiling is higher than it really is?

I like Kolb, and think he could be a very solid QB for us some day (pretty much based on nothing), but if you think he could be a better QB than McNabb you are delusional, McNabb is a perennial pro-bowler who has been mentioned in some HOF discussions. You must have not seen the post- Cunningham, pre- McNabb era of Eagles QBs, or you would have a lot more respect for Donovan.

Other than the fact that Dawkins is arguably the best FS in the league right now? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I don't know ;)

They do things with Dawkins that some teams do with their SS ie: putting him on the TE and playing the run

Dawkins could play SS, but in our defense that would be wasting his ability. Strong safeties in our system play inside the box a lot of the time. Dawkins is great in run support, but is better when he is able to free-lance. If we were to play Dawkins at SS who would we get to play center field while he's supporting the run who could be even close to as effective as Dawkins? Plus he's a little on the light side to play as an in-the-box SS.

Thats one thing i am worried about when Dawk leaves who do we have that is fast at Safety that can Free lance like him. No one maybe Considine

Either I severely overrate Westbrook or I think all non-Eagle fans underrate him.

Overrated: Is it weird I'm having a really hard time picking someone? I guess I have to go with Trot just because he's worn down, but it's not his fault.

Underrated: Mikell. Had a great game against Dallas, coming up with the goal line stop. Really won me over. Also, David Akers. Not as good as he was a few years ago, but we've had a dependable kicker for about 10 years now. That just about never happens in the NFL. And how about him gutting it out against Oakland to make that amazing game winning field goal? And picking a fight on the Giants sideline? He's so awesome.

No dude he really is a beast, it pisess me off that everyone besides eagle fans only think he is a good WR..ugh...heres a crazy video when i forget how good he is i play this to remind to to apreciate him..he is the best Westcoast RB and i would make the list..

Yeah Akers is a badass, i loved when he picked a fight with like 2 or 3 Giants linebackers..lmao.. hes not scared of anyone..

He is the best RB for the West Coast System, but there are two RBs I would take over him in LT and Larry Johnson, but Westbrook is pretty even with Johnson if you ask me. If you want to go with versatility, I would take Westy. LJ is a throwback type of RB, and that is a positive in many ways as well, but he just doesn't have the versatility that Westy has.

How is Trent Cole underrated? He started for most of 2006 and didn't really put up eye-popping numbers. He also has a fat contract extension. How exactly is he underrated?

He made a mistake. Underrated Buck overrated Cole. When healthy buckhalter produces. Cole needs to be more consistent. he's not even a close 20 DE.

Trent Cole is what he is, i am pretty sure most people understand that Cole is an 5th round draft pick who is a Pass Rushing Defensive end. I dont think Cole is overrated in the least or underrated in the least. Could Cole develop into a very good DE in this league? sure, but its not something i expect, i expect him to be what he is... a nice player and capible starter

Cole is being paid like a pass rush specialist, and that's what he is. He can give 40-50 snaps per game at max effort, but he has a long way to go before he becomes a complete player. Good assessment, Neo.
