Raiders hire Snead to replace Lombardi
RAIDERS HIRE SNEAD
Adam Schefter of NFL Network reports that the Oakland Raiders have hired Titans director of player personnel Rich Snead "to help replace" former senior personnel executive Mike Lombardi. I saw this earlier. I would of liked the 49ers guy but we all know Al is the "Real" GM.

yeah Al makes the decisions at the end of the day so its not a big deal...regardless i feel good as long as Al is making the decisions
