Strengths:
Excellent athleticism...Smooth with fluid hips...Decent speed...Superb acceleration with a burst...Quick feet...Has the ability to recover when beat...Is pretty active...Has some return experience...Nice bloodlines.

Weaknesses:
Doesn't have the ideal height you look for...Incredibly thin and almost frail...Extreme lack of strength...Not very tough or physical...Doesn't get a great jam at the line...Poor tackler...Wasn't much of a playmaker.

Notes:
Uncle is former Miami Hurricane and current Seattle Seahawk Kelly Jennings...Also ran track in college...Saw extensive action as a true freshman in 2005...Played mostly in a reserve role in 2006 but earned a couple of starts...Took over a starting job in 2007 and 2008...Was suspended two different times in college, once for fighting and once for missing classes...Averaged 21.1 yards on 13 kick returns and 8.6 yards on 22 punt returns during his college career...Entered his senior season with a pretty high grade but did not play well and was even benched at one point...Stock has plummeted but is still a talented guy who might be able to compete for a roster spot as a backup in the NFL.
