Strengths:
Prototypical height and bulk with long arms...Very athletic...Great timed speed...Has a burst to recover...Physical and aggressive...Good strength...Solid tackler...Nice instincts and awareness...Smooth with fluid hips... Excellent hands and ball skills ...Real confident...Versatile.

Weaknesses:
Did not always play against top competition...Is too aggressive at times...Has some technique issues that need to be ironed out...Doesn't necessarily play to his measurables...Has clashed with coaches and character might be a concern...Durability's an issue...Bit of a 'tweener.

Notes:
Also being looked at as a potential safety prospect...Began his college career at Missouri and actually started six games there in 2005 and 2006...Transferred to Jackson St. following his redshirt sophomore season...Was a 2nd Team FCS All-American and 1st Team All-SWAC in 2008...Helped lead the Tigers to the SWAC Championship game both seasons he was with them and was even named the Defensive MVP in 2007...Dealt with minor knee and shoulder injuries in college...Talented player with a pretty intriguing set of triangle numbers...Was a big fish in a small pond at the Division I-AA level and didn't necessarily look like he would be an early round pick while at Mizzou...Should be one of the top small-school prospects available but isn't close to being in the same class as Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.
