Stars
Strengths:
Very good timed speed with a burst to close...Terrific hands and ball skills...Is tough and aggressive...Willing in run support...Elusive with excellent vision...Real confident...Can also contribute as a return man.

Weaknesses:
Does not have either the ideal height or bulk that you look for...Too aggressive at times...Will miss some tackles...Footwork is raw...Just average hips...Has some  character  concerns...A  positional  ' tweener?

Notes:
Cousin of former NBA star Mitch Richmond...Began his college career at Southern Miss where he redshirted in 2004 then played in 26 games, mostly as a backup, in 2005 and 2006...Was dismissed from the team in 2007 for a violation of team rules and transferred to Nicholls State...1st Team All-SLC in 2007 and 2008...Was named an All-American as a junior and senior...Averaged 26.2 yards on 49 kick returns with 1 touchdown and 16.3 yards on 26 punt returns with 1 touchdown in college...Became the first player in NCAA history to win all three weekly conference awards (offense, defense, and special teams) through the course of a season...Played safety in college but will likely have to move to cornerback at the next level...Really caught peoples attention and improved his draft stock with an impressive performance at the Scouting Combine...Lack of size is a big concern but he should at  least profile as a versatile reserve  and special teamer.
