Doesn't have great size or bulk...Leg strength is just average...Might have been overworked...Probably won't be able to kick off at the next level...Needs to speed up his approach...Doesn't get a lot of hang time.
Notes:
A four-year starter (three as a kicker and four as a punter)...Is the Utes all-time leading scorer...Also a viable punting prospect and averaged 42.1 yards on 242 attempts over the last four seasons including an 81 yarder as a senior...Was a consensus All-American as a senior...Three-time Mountain West Conference Special Teams Player of the Year ('06, '07 & '08)...Made major All-American teams at two different positions...Has been a finalist for both the Lou Groza and Ray Guy Awards...Recipient of an NCAA Today Top VIII Award which recognizes student-athletes for their success athletically, academically and in the community...Led the nation in punting average as a junior...Doesn't have all the physical tools you look for and isn't going to be kicking 60-yarders any time soon but makes the ones he's supposed to...There should certainly be a place in the NFL somewhere for such a steady, highly-decorated and multipurpose threat like this.
