Official Bio

Stars
Strengths:
Good size with a large frame...Long arms and big hands...Understands angles and positioning...Uses his hands well...Excellent motor and plays to the whistle...Is very smart with terrific awareness...Decent mobility and  range...Mature...Hard  worker...Has a  ton of experience.

Weaknesses:
Not a great athlete or a natural knee bender...Isn't very light on his feet...Poor balance and agility...Needs to get stronger...Struggles with speed off the edge...Isn't stout at the point...Average push in the run game..Trouble maintaining blocks...Doesn't recover quickly...Upside?

Notes:
Was a four-year starter in the ACC...Redshirted in 2004 then went on to start 48 consecutive games at left tackle...Was named 1st Team All-ACC in 2007 and 2008...Had his senior season cut short by a torn labrum...Gained more than 50 pounds since joining the Ramblin' Wreck...A battle tested veteran of the college wars with average physical tools and top-notch intangibles...Profiles as more of a backup at the pro level but could earn a roster spot and contribute in that role.
