Strengths:
Adequate height and bulk with large hands...Nice touch, timing and accuracy...Able to buy time and make plays with his feet...Smart with a good football IQ...Knows how to read a defense and go through his progressions...Takes care of the ball...Makes good decisions...Leader.
Weaknesses:
Does not have a great arm...Throws a mediocre deep ball...Needs some work with his mechanics and delivery...Worked mostly out of the shotgun in college...Did not play against top competition...Upside?
Notes:
Began his college career as a walk-on at Washington State but transferred after redshirting...Went on to become a four-starter and set virtually every passing record in Wildcat history...Runner-up for the Harlon Hill Trophy as a senior, which is given to the nation's top Division II football player...Holds the NCAA all-divisions record with at least one touchdown pass in all 46 career games...Productive small-school prospect with top intangibles but marginal physical tools...Can potentially develop into a backup at the next level in the right system.
