The Green Bay Packers started this offseason by re-signing All-Pro quarterback Aaron Rodgers. With all seemingly well in the world, they then traded All-Pro wide receiver, Davante Adams, to Vegas for a 1st & 2nd round pick.
The Packers now have four picks in the first two rounds. They have eleven picks total in 2022.
Let’s see how it plays out.
GREEN BAY PACKERS: 7-ROUND MOCK DRAFT
1-22: Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas
The Packers have to “replace” Adams, right? Well, let’s start with a do-it-all WR from Arkansas. Treylon Burks tested worse than we all expected. However, one has to simply put on the tape and see the difference maker that he can be.
1-28: Boye Mafe, EDGE, Minnesota
You can never have enough freak athlete pass rushers. Mafe started his first-round ascent at the Senior Bowl and continued it at the Combine and his pro day. Letting him in on sub-packages in his rookie year will drive opposing QBs nuts.
2-53: Alec Pierce, WR, Cincinnati
The Packers need all the help they can get at wide receiver. Treylon Burks isn’t enough. Aaron Rodgers will love the reliability given in the red zone by Pierce. His freaky athleticism doesn’t hurt either.
2-59: Leo Chenal, LB, Wisconsin
Let’s continue the trend of adding athletic specimens to the team. Chenal is one of the best testing linebackers in this class. His production and tape are great too. Chenal can upgrade one of their inside linebacker spots immediately. Plus, the home crowd will love adding a Badger.
THE REST OF THE DRAFT

4-132: Thomas Booker, DL, Stanford
4-140: Jeremy Ruckert, TE, Ohio State
5-171: Andrew Steuber, G, Michigan
7-228: Zach VanValkenburg, EDGE, Iowa
7-249: Gregory Junior, CB, Ouchita Baptist
7-258: Delarrin Turner-Yell, S, Oklahoma
