The Philadelphia Eagles have made move after move in this draft class and have set themselves up to be players in the 2022 and 2023 NFL Draft.
The Eagles currently have ten picks in the 2022 NFL Draft.
I used the Mock Draft simulator from NFL Mock Draft Database. For this simulation, I used the consensus big board accumulated by NFL MDD, with the realistic draft mode setting.
Let’s see how it plays out.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES: 7-ROUND MOCK DRAFT
1-15: Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah
The Eagles lack a true star at linebacker. Lloyd is tremendous in the passing game. He can make the sideline-to-sideline tackles and his athletic profile bares that.
1-18: Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama
Before his ACL injury, Williams was the top WR in this class. He will likely miss some time at the start of the season but can be a great pairing with Devonta Smith.
2-51: Kingsley Enagbare, EDGE, South Carolina
Enagbare didn’t test as well as I would have liked to see. However, he wins as a pass rusher as much as any prospect in this class. Enagbare holds up well in the run game also.Â
THE REST OF THE DRAFT
3-83: Coby Bryant, CB, Cincinnati
3-101: Cam Jurgens, C, Nebraska
4-124: Daniel Bellinger, TE, Sam Diego State
5-124: Chance Campbell, LB, Mississippi
5-162: Yusuf Corker, S, Kentucky
5-166: Tariq Castro-Fields, CB, Penn State
7-237: Tanner Conner, WR, Idaho State
