The Tennessee Titans were the top seed in the AFC but were one-and-done in the playoffs. They bring back nearly everyone from that team again. In theory, they should be able to make another run in the AFC.
The Titans currently have seven picks in the 2022 NFL Draft.
I used the Mock Draft simulator from NFL Mock Draft Database. For this simulation, I used the consensus big board accumulated by NFL MDD, with the realistic draft mode setting.
Let’s see how it plays out.
TENNESSEE TITANS: 7-ROUND MOCK DRAFT
1-26: Zion Johnson, G, Bosaton College
The Titans have a hole at left guard and Zion Johnson is the top guard prospect in this class. He is a dominant blocker with a superior work ethic.
3-90: Justyn Ross, WR, Clemson
There are red flags with Ross. He tested poorly at his pro day. Ross also suffered a neck injury that could have been career-ending. When he played, pre-injury, Ross was a first-round talent. The Titans would be banking on him returning to that form.
THE REST OF THE DRAFT
4-131: Terrel Bernard, LB, Baylor
4-143: Jake Ferguson, TE, Wisconsin
5-169: Cade Mays, G, Tennessee
6-204: William Dunkle, G, San Diego State
6-219: Charleston Rambo, WR, Miami (FL)
