BREAKING IT DOWN

It seems like most see the top 10 picks as fairly locked in at this point, minus what Tennessee might do at 7. If they choose to ride with Will Levis, they’d be smart to address the offensive line. With the recent thinking that Denver is moving on from Russell Wilson, we all expect them to target QB, so if Bo Nix is your #3 then sure (he isn’t mine currently but this isn’t my mock).

The rest of the first round we see the consensus picks targeting team needs, maybe not so much the best player available, so I’d anticipate this to not look the same come draft time. I do love Newton falling to Houston, that would be an awesome fit and really bolster that interior defensive line. I think corner and wideout will probably be chosen a lot after pick 15, purely because of how much teams are passing, and how few true lockdown corners we see these days. It’s almost becoming a situation where you can’t have enough edge rushers or corners these days.
