2024 NFL Draft: Declared Underclassmen

2024 NFL Draft

The 2024 NFL Draft starts on April 25th. This year, like every year, dozens of prospects have declared for the NFL Draft. Below you will find two lists of declared underclassmen.

The first will be players who are three years removed from high school. These are your traditional declared underclassmen. The second will be prospects who are four years removed from high school. Because of the NCAA Covid eligibility rules, every single prospect has to declare for the NFL Draft.

The number of declared underclassmen in the 2024 NFL Draft is down almost 50% from 2018. You can see where the transfer portal and NIL have had an impact.
