Mock Draft Consensus Analysis
After Mendoza, I think all bets really are off. I can’t see a team trading up for a QB, which tends to be what we see the big moves in the top 10 for, but with multiple teams having multiple firsts, could you make the case that someone like Cleveland moves up for their top tackle? Maybe. I think it’s interesting that the community is nearly 100% sure that Dallas will target a linebacker early, and that the Rams will target a corner early; both are needs for each team. Still, those position groups have some solid depth that could make me think teams don’t reach if their top guy isn’t there when they pick.
