The Panini Senior Bowl is all about impact. I’m not just talking about how hard a defensive player can hit, either. A prospect playing much better than anticipated, or recovering from a down day in practice, can also have an impact. That was the case for Arizona State OT Max Iheanachor at day two of Senior Bowl practice.
From day one to day two of practice, many believed that Max Iheanachor was the most improved. He held his own in pass protection and drew a few audible reactions from the stands.
Arizona State Offensive Tackle, Max Iheanachor started playing football in 2021 at East Los Angeles (JUCO) and has made himself a NAME!
Max was SO GOOD in the team periods, blocking in both the run and pass game! The development path thus far bodes really well for his future! pic.twitter.com/ptvtIpKELy

There has been plenty said about the defensive line prospects that are down here. If Max Iheanachor stays for the Senior Bowl on Saturday, he’ll have an opportunity to play against several top defensive prospects. These include a trio of Texas Tech prospects in Romello Height, Lee Hunter, and Jacob Rodriguez. He’s already been able to hold his own in American practice against LT Overton and others.
You can watch the final day of Senior Bowl practice at 2:30 PM EST on ESPN or the NFL Network. And you can also tune into the Senior Bowl on Saturday, January 31st at 2:30 PM EST live on the NFL Network.
