2025 NFL Mock Draft – Brad’s February 2025 Update

The 2025 NFL Draft is rapidly approaching, scheduled for April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin1. With teams finalizing their draft boards and the NFL Combine providing a stage for prospects to showcase their skills, excitement is building for what promises to be a draft that reshapes the league. So let us get to my latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft.

2025 NFL Mock Draft – Brad’s February 2025 Update

  1. Tennessee Titans – Abdul Carter, EDGE Penn State

I could see the Titans going Ward or Carter here, both would be upgrades for the team because I think Carter is the better prospect, why not wait on QB and potentially they are a top 5 pick in a better quarterback class in 2026? This team needs to restock talent, not be afraid to take their time and build a strong core.

  2. Cleveland Browns – Travis Hunter, CB Colorado

See my response to Tennessee’s decision, get the best player instead of reaching for quarterback. They could need edge help if they wind up trading Myles Garrett, so if you think Mykel Williams could go here, I wouldn’t be surprised as he’s my #2 EDGE in the class.

  3. New York Giants – Cam Ward, QB Miami (FL)

The Giants’ defense is moving in the right direction, the offensive line is moving in the right direction, and they have some skill position players so why not “reach” and grab a quarterback here? Ward is very talented and could be the missing piece to help them push for playoff consideration in 2025.

  4. New England Patriots – Will Campbell, OT LSU

They could go a few directions here, but you have to fix your trenches first and foremost. They need to protect their franchise QB, so here’s the perfect spot for the top offensive lineman in the draft class.

  5. Jacksonville Jaguars – Mason Graham, DL Michigan

It would not surprise me if they look at defensive line or edge rushers here, they are in a spot where those are two of the bigger needs as it stands prior to free agency.

  6. Las Vegas Raiders – Tetairoa McMillan, WR Arizona

I see a ton of people grabbing Shedeur Sanders, outside of Cam Ward I struggle to fit another quarterback in round one, though Vegas could take him as they desperately need quarterback help. I’d circle back to this if they don’t target one in Free Agency or via trade.

  7. New York Jets – Will Johnson, CB Michigan

Another team that could use a quarterback but not sure I believe Aaron Glenn should look at this rookie class, and instead take an elite corner. This changes if they bring back some of their free agents, but as it stands Johnson or an EDGE rusher would be my choice for the Jets.

  8. Carolina Panthers – Mykel Williams, EDGE Georgia

Top need, really not sure there’s much more to say at this point.

  9. New Orleans Saints – Mike Green, EDGE Marshall

The Saints are always a wildcard, it will be interesting to see how much new head coach Kellen Moore can influence the front office’s draft selections.

  10. Chicago Bears – Kelvin Banks Jr, OT Texas

They have a ton of talent, gotta fix that offensive line though.

  11. San Francisco 49ers – Josh Simmons, OT Ohio State
The 49ers have a strong roster, but they could use some depth on the defensive line and cornerback. They could also be looking to add a young offensive tackle to replace Trent Williams eventually. Josh Simmons is a talented offensive tackle with a lot of upside.

  12. Dallas Cowboys – Ashton Jeanty, RB Boise State

They could use some help at wide receiver, offensive line, defensive line, and depth in the back seven. I think it’s critical for this offense to find their next running back though, you saw in 2024 how rough it can be if they can’t get the ground game rolling. So whether it’s Jeanty in round 1 or a back in round 2, I expect one early unless they land one in free agency (Najee Harris?).

  13. Miami Dolphins – Tyler Warren, TE Penn State
The Dolphins need to improve their offensive line and could be looking for a guard or center early in the draft. They could also be looking for a safety or defensive lineman. I grabbed Warren because yea, they could use him too!

  14. Indianapolis Colts – Armand Membou, OT Missouri

The Colts need help in the trenches on both sides, Membou seems like a name climbing up boards and could be the pick at 14. He’s got a ton of potential but also plenty of risks, I could see him being one of the top 5 OTs off the board.

  15. Atlanta Falcons – Shemar Stewart, EDGE Texas A&M

I think the defensive line, edge specifically is the top need. If this is an interior DLineman, I wouldn’t be surprised either. I know they took Orhorhoro and Dorlus last year but I don’t think their edges are settled yet.

  16. Arizona Cardinals – Kenneth Grant, DL Michigan

Like Atlanta, Arizona needs reinforcements along that defensive line, and between last year’s draft and this one, there’s plenty of talent to bring in and help bolster the group.

  17. Cincinnati Bengals – Walter Nolen, DL Mississippi

With Grant gone, Nolen makes a lot of sense, as I could see him used in various roles along the defensive line, Cinci is another team that needs a ton of help up front on that defense.

  18. Seattle Seahawks – Jihaad Campbell, LB Alabama

A versatile linebacker that can do a variety of things in Seattle’s defense? Almost feels like a no-brainer if he’s on the board here.

  19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – James Pearce Jr, EDGE Tennessee

Depending on what players they bring back, I could see this pick go in a few directions. I gave them a talented edge rusher with upside because those are things you can never have enough of. I could see wideout as well as DB here.

  20. Denver Broncos – Luther Burden III, WR Missouri

Tight end or wide receiver feels like the play here, especially with some of the top edge rushers off the board. I could also see them go after Scourton or Umanmielen but with all the wideouts left, why not take the best player at that position?

  21. Pittsburgh Steelers – Emeka Egbuka, WR Ohio State

Pickens needs someone to take pressure off him, this pick feels like either a wideout, runningback, or corner.

  22. Los Angeles Chargers – Colston Loveland, TE Michigan

Jim Harbaugh gets his college tight end at 22? I know he’s not afraid to draft Michigan men, and they need an elite tight end to take that offense to the next level.

  23. Green Bay Packers – Jahdae Barron, CB Texas

Offensive line or cornerback seem to me to be their top priorities, they could go Connerly or Zabel if they grab a db in free agency.

  24. Minnesota Vikings – Malaki Starks, S Georgia

Defensive tackles have been picked over outside of Harmon and Alexander which could be in play here, but they also need to consider replacing Harrison Smith at some point soon. Starks can do a variety of things in your defense and has played big-time football for some time now.

  25. Houston Texans – Josh Connerly Jr, OT Oregon

Gotta protect your QB, this pick feels like it has to be offensive line help.

  26. Los Angeles Rams – Gray Zabel, OT North Dakota State

This pick could go a different way if Stafford is traded, maybe Sanders? Dart? Ewers? I only like one QB in the first round, so I went with trench help as they could use some.

  27. Baltimore Ravens – Benjamin Morrison, CB Notre Dame

Either OLine, DLine, or DB seem to be their most pressing needs, this is another team that could look at the free-agent corners and pivot in round one but because this is before free agency, I took the best corner on the board.

  28. Detroit Lions – Nic Scourton, EDGE Texas A&M

It showed down the stretch, they need edge help badly. Whether they trade for Myles Garrett (which seems unlikely to me), they need at least 1-2 edge rushers to rotate in and help keep guys fresh or cover injuries. Any of the top ones left or even Jalon Walker who can be that seem in play at 28 for me.

  29. Washington Commanders – Princely Umanmielen, EDGE Mississippi

What do you give the surprise team of 2024? For defensive help, I think Edge, Safety, or Corner are the top pressing positions to focus on this offseason. Also, a wide receiver could be in play if they feel like they need one.

  30. Buffalo Bills – Derrick Harmon, DL Oregon

Defensive help seems like the way to go, either DLine or secondary. Grabbed my top player and it will help bolster their interior.

  31. Kansas City Chiefs – Darius Alexander, DL Toledo

They are going to have to start replacing some aging players, and Alexander is extremely smart with a ton of upside in a position where that will be needed soon.

  32. Philadelphia Eagles – Jalon Walker, LB Georgia

I know it’s become a bit of a running gag with the Eagles but he fits an area that could continue to look to bring in reinforcements, they also could’ve looked at offensive line or corner with some guys getting older but those positions got hit hard earlier. So keep building on a strength and try to repeat!
