It’s that time of the year again, as we begin guessing what teams will do next spring in the 2025 NFL Draft. After week 1 of the college football season, we’ve seen plenty of good and bad (looking at your FSU) football played so far this season, and as teams knock the rust off I’m going to take a shot as to what teams are potentially going to do with my 2025 NFL Mock Draft.
The draft order comes via Tankathon, and I also had some fun with our community over on YouTube, allowing you all to vote on the 1st round of picks so make sure to check that out as well!

My Thoughts So Far…
Every year, some teams are looking for their franchise quarterback, but this year’s crop has more questions than answers (at least today). Riley Leonard, a hot name previously, looked like he could make a push for first-round consideration after his leadership in the A&M game.
Carson Beck was able to do well knocking off the rust, and helping elevate a new batch of wide receivers in the 2nd half of that game against Clemson, so I feel good about him being QB1 still today at least. On the other side of the ball, these Florida State defensive linemen are starting to worry me some. They’ve been rough in both run defense and pass rush but I see the coaching being a big deal here, as that whole team has looked bad through two games thus far.
My gut still tells me New England is picking #1, and then having their QB settled already could mean they look to bolster their line to protect their QB. I don’t see Denver being a top-5 pick either, so you will inevitably see plenty of movement in the draft order over the next few months (obviously).
