The Pittsburgh Steelers finished the season 10-7 and won the AFC North. But after a blowout exit in the first round of the playoffs, HC Mike Tomlin stepped down. Now the Steelers are led by former Packers and Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy. GM Omar Kahn enters the 2026 NFL draft with 12 picks, a few holes, including an aging passer in Aaron Rodgers (maybe).

Pittsburgh Steelers 2026 7 Round NFL Mock Draft
1-21: Cashius Howell, EDGE, Texas A&M
Howell has short arms and will be an outlier if he succeeds. But his production in 2025 was tremendous. With T.J. Watt aging, the Steelers could stand to add a little more pass-rush juice.
2-53: Keionte Scott, CB, Miami (FL)
Scott is a tremendous athlete and attacks the football. He would be an immediate upgrade at nickel.
3-76: Cole Payton, QB, North Dakota State
If Rodgers returns, Pittsburgh needs a QB to develop. And just in luck, here is a QB that needs development. If Rodgers doesn’t return, and Pittsburgh knows before the draft, they may attack QB earlier.
REST OF THE PICKS
3-85: Malachi Fields, WR, Notre Dame
3-99: Kamari Ramsey, S, Southern Cal
4-121: Jalen Farmer, IOL, Kentucky
4-135: Judy Bowry, OT, Boston College
5-161: Dontay Corleone, DL, Cincinnati
6-216: Scooby Williams, LB, Texas A&M
7-224: Caleb Douglas, WR, Texas Tech
7-230: Rahsul Faison, RB, South Carolina
7-237: Jadon Canady, CB, Oregon
