The 2025 All-Star Game circuit is in the rearview mirror. That means it’s time for 2025 NFL Draft prospects to shift their focus to the NFL Combine, which is just a week away. Players will begin arriving in Indianapolis on Sunday and Monday, with on-field workouts beginning primetime on Thursday. As a result, Brian Lamb joins us to release his 2025 NFL Mock Draft 4.0. This mock draft still doesn’t feature any trades, which will come later in the process when free agency begins.
1. Tennessee Titans
Cam Ward, QB, Miami
The Tennessee Titans appeared locked into their decision to press the reset button at quarterback. While I wouldn’t be willing to stake my job on any of the available prospects in 2025, I don’t know if new GM Mike Borgonzi has a choice.
Nonetheless, let’s go with the best available in Miami’s Cam Ward.
2. Cleveland Browns
Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
Myles Garrett has requested a trade from the Browns, but even if he hadn’t, I still thought this was a possibility. However, if Cleveland does grant Garrett’s request, then I think drafting someone with Carter’s upside would substantially reduce the time it takes to rebuild their defense.
3. New York Giants
Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
The Giants have a decision to make this offseason. They could look towards free agency to bring in an experienced quarterback. However, they could also look in the 2025 NFL Draft for a long-term option. In my opinion, Sanders has his limitations, but also has the skill set to be successful regardless of his downfalls.
4. New England Patriots
Will Campbell, OT, LSU
The Patriots have several needs on their roster, but I think their most pressing is the offensive line. There are some scouts that question whether or not Campbell will be able to play tackle. Rather, they believe that his best fit is at guard.
I think he can play either position at a high level.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado
When he’s drafted, we’ll need to pay close attention to the position that is designated for Travis Hunter. I think he’ll be announced as a cornerback, although the Jaguars could put Hunter into some packages on offense as a wide receiver.
6. Las Vegas Raiders
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
New head coach Pete Carroll will have his hands full rebuilding this roster. In my opinion, the Raiders don’t have a star wide receiver on the roster. Tetairoa McMillan would improve the offense on day one. We’ve all seen what he can do on the outside, but I think he has the athleticism to play in the slot, too.
7. New York Jets
Mason Graham, DL, Michigan
The 2025 NFL Draft class is loaded at defensive tackle. If you forced me to take a guess, I’d say that there’s no way that the first defensive tackle comes off the board this late. However, I had trouble finding a fit.
Mason Graham has tremendous upside. He’s a versatile defensive lineman who can play defensive tackle or defensive end, both of which would be talent upgrades for the Jets.
8. Carolina Panthers
Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
The Eagles proved in the Super Bowl that defense can win games. Pairing Mykel Williams with Derrick Brown and Jadaveon Clowney would be a heck of an unstoppable force for the Panthers.
I really love Williams and how he plays the game. He’s a mature edge rusher with combative hands and a high football IQ.
9. New Orleans Saints
Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
Green had a strong performance at the Senior Bowl, which has thrust him into the top third of the first round. I think his game film backs up how well he did at the Senior Bowl, too.
Teams may balk at selecting him this high if they dig into his background at Virginia. However, there’s no discounting his play on the field.
10. Chicago Bears
Kelvin Banks Jr, OL, Texas
I would have a difficult time selecting Banks this high if I were a general manager. However, the Bears desperately need to protect QB Caleb Williams. I don’t know if the offensive lineman can play tackle at the next level, so he may be moved inside to guard in the future.
Nevertheless, this pick should be about protecting their asset in Caleb Williams.
11. San Francisco 49ers
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
If you had asked me a couple of weeks ago if I thought it was possible that Will Johnson could slip out of the top ten in the 2025 NFL Draft, I would’ve called you crazy.
However, much like teammate Mason Graham, I don’t know where he fits in this mock draft. Despite that, I find it hard to believe that he would fall past the 49ers at 11.
12. Dallas Cowboys
Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Jerry Jones had to watch all season as the Philadelphia Eagles ran all over the NFL with Saquon Barkley at running back. While I’m certainly not comparing the two, I do believe that Jeanty can be successful in the NFL, too.
13. Miami Dolphins
Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
I’ll go best player available for the Dolphins. However, he also fills a need for Miami in the secondary, as well.
14. Indianapolis Colts
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
GM Chris Ballard has to swing for the fences in the 2025 NFL Draft. Barring a miracle, his time in Indianapolis is likely ending soon. Warren might be that miracle, however. He’s a versatile playmaker who would offer QB Anthony Richardson an elite safety net.
15. Atlanta Falcons
Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
Shemar Stewart is another prospect who had a strong week of practice at the Senior Bowl. I have a lower grade on him than most, but I think there is a fit here with Matthew Judon’s contract expiring.
16. Arizona Cardinals
Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan
Arizona has expiring contracts for both of their defensive tackles. Kenneth Grant is one of my favorite players in this class. He has tremendous athleticism for his size and plays with a very high motor. If he drops this far down, I think it’s a perfect fit for both sides.
17. Cincinnati Bengals
Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
The Bengals are going to be busy this offseason. Tee Higgins could walk, opening up a hole at receiver. Mike Gesicki is a free agent as well, so they need at tight end, too. Regardless of what happens this offseason, I’ll go with the best player available in Luther Burden III. I think he can play inside or out, which would certainly aid the Bengals this offseason.
18. Seattle Seahawks
James Pearce Jr. EDGE, Tennessee
I’ve struggled with my evaluation of James Pearce Jr. There are games where he flashes quite often. However, there are also games where he’s almost non-existent. I have a second-round grade on him, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he comes off the board earlier than that.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Chris Godwin dislocated his ankle in week seven. He is also slated to hit free agency this offseason. Even if they’re able to find a way to keep Godwin, I still like the idea of bringing in an additional playmaker.
Emeka Egbuka is a pro-ready wide receiver. I thought he was pro-ready last year, too, although most of the Buckeyes offense opted to return.
20. Denver Broncos
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
I challenge you to find a player that fits Sean Payton’s offense better than Colston Loveland.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers
Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
Pre-Senior Bowl, I would’ve pegged the Steelers as a team that could take a hard look at Jalen Milroe in round one. However, following a poor showing, I don’t think the former Alabama QB is looked at prior to round three. Instead, let’s mock the Steelers with a playmaker at defensive back in Jahdae Barron.
22. Los Angeles Chargers
Derrick Harmon, DL, Oregon
I’ve mentioned this before, but I love the talent at defensive tackle early in the 2025 NFL Draft. With free agency looming for both of their nose tackles, Harmon makes a lot of sense here.
23. Green Bay Packers
Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
The Packers don’t have a lot of free agency decisions to make this offseason. Instead, I think they can just focus on improving their roster at key positions. An edge rusher should be one of them.
24. Minnesota Vikings
Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
Aaron Jones and Cam Akers are free agents and likely done in Minnesota. I think there’s an outside shot that we could see a second running back come off the board on day one. If it happens, it should be Hampton.
25. Houston Texans
Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
The offensive line could be looked at very hard here for the Texans. Keeping CJ Stroud upright should be a top need for the organization. However, with a new offensive coordinator coming in, they really need to find an additional weapon or two.
26. Los Angeles Rams
Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
The rumor mill is heating up around Matthew Stafford and the Rams. Regardless of his future, I think offensive line help should be the focus early in the 2025 NFL Draft.
27. Baltimore Ravens
Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
The Ravens have one true offensive tackle under contract in Roger Rosengarten. Ronnie Stanley could return, but he’ll be 31 when the season kicks off. Therefore, let’s inject some youth into the offensive line.
28. Detroit Lions
Darius Alexander, DL, Toledo
I don’t know if there is a defensive player who had a better week at the Senior Bowl than Darius Alexander. He was able to consistently win in 1-on-1’s in practice. Mocking him to the Lions feels like a cheat code, but it also makes a ton of sense.
29. Washington Commanders
Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
The Commanders were the most-improved team last season under head coach Dan Quinn. Let’s see if they can further improve in year two under Quinn.
30. Buffalo Bills
Walter Nolen, DL, Ole Miss
I have a little bit of a run late on defensive prospects. I don’t know that a defensive tackle makes the most sense for Buffalo, but I also don’t know if there’s a wide receiver, outside of Elic Ayomanor, that I would consider here if I were the GM.
31. Kansas City Chiefs
Grey Zabel, OT, North Dakota State
If you watched Super Bowl LIX, then this should be a no-brainer. Offensive line help makes the most sense for the organization in the Brian Lamb 2025 NFL Mock Draft 4.0.
32. Philadelphia Eagles
Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
I love Donovan Ezeiruaku, but I don’t know if he’s first-round worthy. I don’t think he’ll be asked to start in year one, at least not early. Instead, the Eagles can bring him along at a comfortable pace.
